Thursday - June 22nd

• Arrival - Morning and Afternoon
• 4:00pm -Official Opening and Cocktails  @ host location.
• 5:00pm - Sites and Dinner in Plymouth @ Eastbay Grill (Each individual or couple will pay for their meals)

Friday Morning June 23rd

• 8:00am - Meet at host location Breakfast, Breathe and Be Together (Breakfast Provided)
• 9:30am - Build a Sacred Altar
• 9:45am - Teaching, Morning Practice, and Discussion
• 11:00am - Open time: Spiritual direction, conversation, walking, journaling, and reflecting.
• 12:00pm - Lunch  (Lunch Provided)
• 1:00pm - Open time: Spiritual direction, conversation, walking, journaling, and reflecting.
• 2:00pm - Teaching, Afternoon Practice, and Discussion.
• 3:30pm -Open time: Spiritual direction, conversation, walking, journaling, and reflecting.
• 5:30pm - 8:30pm Dinner & Music on the Beach

Saturday Morning

• 8:00am - Meet at host location Breakfast, Breathe and Be Together (Breakfast Provided)
• 9:30am - Morning Practice, and Discussion
• 10:30am - 11:00am  Departure

Cathy can provide several rooms, each with a double bed . These rooms will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis.
